Hey, I’m Abrar. My career started in recruitment and people operations, where working closely with people shaped my interest in what makes a workplace feel welcoming, supportive and connected.
That interest grew into a focus on internal communication and employee experience — bringing ideas to life through clear content, thoughtful design and initiatives with a purpose.
Today, my work covers communication initiatives, recognition programs and employee events, with ownership from the initial idea through to execution. The aim is to create experiences that mean something to people and contribute to their everyday life at work.
Shaping a year-round calendar around clear goals, with campaigns, Saudi national occasions, international observances and the annual celebration. Supported by annual budget planning, allocation and spend tracking to bring ideas to life with the right resources.
Turning data and employee feedback into useful insights through survey design, response analysis and reporting, helping identify priorities and inform the next steps for communication and employee experience.
